b . Im running XP pro and done what was explained
c. The iis stops responding - Till I make iisrest
thanks
Ran , also, just to show you what happens when a user creates a subscription this is the code. you can see in red where the subscrition is is set and also where the exp date is set to null
If txn_type = "subscr_signup" Then Set ConnPasswords = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection") Set CmdEditUser = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Recordset") ConnPasswords.Open ConnectionString SQL = "SELECT " & tbl_label_users & ".* FROM " & tbl_label_users & " WHERE (User_ID = " & User_ID & ")" CmdEditUser.Open SQL, ConnPasswords, 1, 3 CmdEditUser.Fields("Active") = "1" CmdEditUser.Fields("Validated") = "1" CmdEditUser.Fields("PayPal_Subscriber_ID") = subscr_id CmdEditUser.Fields("Notes") = "Successful PayPal Subscription Signup on " & Date CmdEditUser.Fields("Expiration_Date") = Null If Access_Level <> "" Then CmdEditUser.Fields("Access_Level") = Access_Level End If If Groups <> "" Then CmdEditUser.Fields("Groups") = Trim(Groups) End If CmdEditUser.Update CmdEditUser.Close Set CmdEditUser = Nothing ConnPasswords.Close Set ConnPasswords = Nothing End If ,
Actually this was rather easy to fix. Once you restrict the permissions on the folder, open up IIS admin. Goto the selected folder, and right click/properties. Once there you modify directory listing and add defauly.asp to documents. This will provide an automatic load with you enter in the unmask route. , I have found the alternate databases and they do not work either. I then went back and changed the database path in the asptest page to connect to the 2000 and 2002 test databases and it connected successfully to both of those databases, just as it had successfully connected to the asptest.mdb., that information is actually not helpful in determining whether parent paths is enabled or not.
You should really ask your hosting company or better yet try doing a server side include to page one directory up and see if you get an error.
example
<!--#include file = "../myfile.asp"--> cwilliams38302.6484259259, It's not working because i guess im copying the viewstate also...and it comes up
Validation of viewstate MAC failed. If this application is hosted by a Web Farm or cluster, ensure that <machineKey> configuration specifies the same validationKey and validation algorithm. AutoGenerate cannot be used in a cluster. , Of course ASP.NET is and HAS been installed. I have been running asp.net scripts for years on it. I am not new to asp.net nor setting up the server or anything. ASP.NET is properly installed and works perfectly.
You are missing the fact i mentioned it is a DOMAIN CONTROLLER.
I have come across MANY articles ONLINE via GOOGLE that mention if it is a domain controller, for some reason the aspnet account is not there or gets deleted.
IN ITS PLACE GOES THE IIS_WPG ACCOUNT. IS YOUR SOFTWARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS ACCOUNT?
Is it possible to run ASP.NET scripts without ASP.NET not being installed? Because I have been running asp.net pages without any problem. , Using "Email Authentication" as a registration option you cannot do that. There is no possible way I know of to have a delay on the authentication email like that. Also that method is not intended to involve any sort of manual registration like what you are doing.
Because you want to review people manually you need to change to registration process to "manual" and then send the email out manually from the users screen after making a user active. ,
I have a quick question...when a user signs up I have a drop down menu for Company name and they have a choice of branch selections. Everything works fine but when the info is saved in the database there is some sort of conversion to lower-case...?
Original drop list selection:
Winston Salem, NC - (XXX/XXX) - original
In the database (access), some letters are lowercased now...why? anything to do with the period, , or - ?
Winston Salem, Nc - (xxx/xxx) - what is saved
, This isn't going to help you much but here is the deal.
The 2checkout support in ASPProtect actually is not supposed to work with 2checkout subscriptions and therefore does not need to use an item number.
It is intended to be used for single payments only with 2checkout as explained in this thread. http://support.cjwsoft.com/code/moreinfo212-1.htm
Single payments with 2checkout use their shopping cart which allows for dynamic payments without needing an item number.
I agree with you that 2checkout's interface is confusing. It's actually about the worst system I have ever seen. I could not make a 2Checkout subscription system because their system is just too limited and I couldn't make it work the way it really needed to.
, I'm using the groups protect feature on my pages. None of them seem to close the session after clicking 'logoff'. I can tell because if I hit the back button and return to the group-protected page, hit 'refresh', the page refreshes, I'm not asked to log in again.
On the other hand, when I open a page that's protected by an access level and click 'logoff' (uses same logoff asp file to logoff), it seems to work fine - if I go back a page and refresh, it asks me to log in.
Just wondering - is anybody else having problems like this? Maybe I screwed something up in the few adjustments I made a while back. Any idea what it might be? , one thing to note... the time period we are talking about is going to to be whatever you have the session timeout set at in the settings.
perhaps making that value lower like 10 minutes is an option for you.. and might help to deal with situation
, How and where does one add countries/cities to the list so that they appear in the Drop-Down list that advertisers see when they are placing a new ad?, Hello..
I actually noticed something was up with your install earlier... (I saw you in my log files when you clicked to cjwoft from the docs)
I need more info... like what uploading method your using.. what image resizing component, what widths yoru resizing things to... etc
have you tried it while telling it to delete the pics and also while not telling it not to delete them from the import folder
I might have to take a look tommoro as well to really figure it if that is ok
I have to go the bar to meet some friends so I wont be of much more help tonight :)
I been working steady all week and need a few.
CJW , I like to change my database from access to SQL. I run the aspbanner.sql in the database and then I checked the new database tables with the screenshots from your support info. Then I make a ODBC Connection and it looks very good, I logged in and create a zone, but I was not able to store it. I got the following message:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers- Fehler '80040e07' [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Bei der Konvertierung eines char-Datentyps in einen datetime-Datentyp liegt der datetime-Wert ausserhalb des gütigen Bereichs. /adserve/aspbanner/appinfo_inc.asp, line121
Please can anyone help me, that aspbanner also run on my SQL Server ?
Best regards Josef Raschko ,
Hello,
I want to create a user for my manager. This user should be able to see
all statistics (Reports) and all (Banners). But, he should not be able
to edit anything.
How can I create the type of user described above?
Best regards,
Mohammad Al-Mohsin
, Totally 100% depends on what you are doing.. you certainly can't be renaming any fields unless you plan on editing a lot of code that references them. Adding new fields is nothing to worry about.
Also, you really should post a question like this under the forum section for the application you are referring to as well as specify exactly what changes you are talking about. For example I don't even know what application you are referring to.
I sell about 8 applications., I really need more info on what you have going on?
This can sometimes be cause by a slow server / bad data connection.
Sometimes caused when someone is using the option pack but did not make the proper changes to the database.
Sometimes caused when a user adds users the database on his own and does some "incorrect" things..
The more details you can provide the better. Think of anything and everything and describe it.
SQL or MSACCESS... version of either Server OS Using Option Pack or not Did you have your host set permissions...
etc etc etc cwilliams38300.5380092593, say ?
How do you like LiveSTATS.xsp V7 ?
Looks pretty sweet but the pricing is just too much for me to justify as I am very happy with smarterstats and I host a lot of sites now.
I used to use Livestats 5 back in the day when we had a 50 domain license where I worked and hosted my sites. I liked it a lot then I tried the version 6.2 that they had for a while and hated it. Version 5 still runs well on 2003 server but it has such outdated search engine information that it isnt worth using. cwilliams38324.8862847222, Upgrade from V6 to v7.x with an MSSQL SERVER DATABASE
1st of all, backup your existing ASPProtect files and database before performing this upgrade. Please be really careful while performing this upgrade. Version 7.x is a highly advanced application compared to any previous versions. CJWSoft under no circumstances is responsible if you lose information or have website downtime.
BOTTOM LINE: (PERFORM THIS UPGRADE AT YOUR OWN RISK)
To do this upgrade you're going to need to have SQL Enterprise Manager and SQL Query Analyzer
That being said, on with the upgrade..
Open your SQL database in SQL Enterprise Manager
Regarding the following Tables
Rename "Users" to "ASPP_Users" Rename "Groups" to "ASPP_Groups"
If you do not have a "Groups" table do not worry about it right now.
Now right click and DELETE the Config Table. Yes, delete it..
Now, go into Design View for the "ASPP_Users" Table.
Rename the "Password" field to "Old_Password" Be sure to spell it perfectly using the Underscore
If you have a "Groups" Field... leave it alone If you do not have a "Groups" Field add one and make it a "nvarchar" field with a lengh of 255.
Now, we are going to add a few more new fields.
Add a field called "Redirection_URL" make it a "nvarchar" field with a lengh of 150. Add a field called "PayPal_Subscriber_ID" make it a "nvarchar" field with a lengh of 100. Add a field called "Newsletter" and make it a "bit" field Add a field called "Password" and make it a "nvarchar" field with a lengh of 100.
Now close that window and save the changes..
Download these scripts. 2005-02-23_171110_aspprotect_v7_sql_upgrade_scripts.zip
Now open up SQL Query Analyzer Connect to your SQL server.
Then load the script "aspprotect_v7_config_table.sql" into the Query Analyzer. Click the green play button at the top. If everything goes well the response should read something like this.
****************************************************** (1 row(s) affected) ******************************************************
Now, if you had a Groups Table your done with the database changes.
If you didnt have a groups table.
Then load the script "aspprotect_v7_groups_table.sql" into the Query Analyzer. Click the green play button at the top.
Now, go back to your database in Enterprise Manager and make sure all 3 tables are there and look ok. You might need to do a refresh or two to see them.
Now make sure an existing or new SQL user has (public / datareader / datawriter) permissions for all three tables. You reference this user in the asp code connection string so this user must be set up correctly. You may need your SQL server admins or hosting company to help you on this step as you may not have access to do this. You may not need to create a user and set permissions as the sql user you were logged in as to use query analyzer may by default get the correct permissions on anything you create.
Regardless, as you can see from this screenshot I have a SQL user called "aspprotectuser" and proceeded to set the permissions for that user. Under database access giving him (public, datareader, and datewriter permissions).

Now, you are done upgrading your SQL Server Database.
The existing passwords still have to be encrytped and moved from the "Old_Password" to the "Password" field
To that we have a special page we run in the application that will take care of that.
So, for now... go install the application, but using the database we just created. Follow these instructions for the most part... http://support.cjwsoft.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=181& ; ;PN=1
When you get to the part where you finally get into the admin area and need to make an admin account you will notice that your existing user database is there but none of the users have passwords if you look at them in the edit screen.
That is normal. Simply do what the instructions say and create and admin account using a username that does not exist..
Then log off... then back in as that new admin account. If that works you are ready to convert the passwords.
This part is very easy.
You want to run a special page via the browser.
http://www.mysite.com/password_admin/convert_to_encrypted.asp
Replacing the part in blue with your website info.
Once you get the page running you will see a login prompt and one form field just like before with the "get_me_in.asp" page
You will need to paste the "PasswordEncryptionKey" value that you used in the "config_inc.asp" file in the form field and hit enter.
If all goes well you will see a page telling you to click here to encrypt the passwords and copy them over.
So do what it says... dont click more than once and wait.
Eventually it should say it is finished. So go log in to the admin area of the system using the new admin account.
Now edit some users but dont save... you want to see if the passwords are showing up. If they are the conversion worked. If you see nothing or a garbled mess it did not work and you made a mistake during this whole process.
If things went well backup and delete the conversion file below.
http://www.mysite.com/password_admin/convert_to_encrypted.asp
You do not need it anymore.
Once you are positive every thing is running smoothly and everyone's passwords are ok you can go in and delete the "Old_Password" field as well.
If things didnt go well.. try again from scratch and go slowly. If they still dont go well get ahold of us for help.
We are here to help, but if you really want us to we can be hired to do the conversion. , I have a customer who is asking the following:
... could you make a link from it to our website and is there a way to see what traffic goes from us to them. They are going to pay a commission on sales, however I need to be able to track who views their site...
Wishful thinking or could you add code to track their IP address and display in the report section? Not sure that would be enough to satisfy this request. Suggestions?
Thanks, Lance , Thank you.... yes it does
Is there a limit in the number of Zones you can have in the database.
thanking you , glad it is working now
sorry ya had trouble. cwilliams38418.6886342593, Looks great. I can't wait until this will be released. Will there also be an easy way to migrate my current version ?
Hans , SQL Server Database Information Mod
This mod is only for customers running SQL server. It is a new stored procedure and a new version of the "server_info.asp" file that will display information about your SQL database on the Server Info page.
Purchase Page

This is for Advanced SQL Users only that understand how to add a Stored Procedure to a SQL Database as well as assign permissions and what not.
To install this mod you should have access to SQL Enterprise Manager and Query Analyzer as well as be able to grant your SQL database user EXEC permissions on the new stored procedure. , This post unfortutely needs to be here because this application has been the biggest pain in the neck for me you could possibly imagine. This is not because of problems with the application, but because of people's general lack of knowlegde regarding ASP.NET. This post totally voices my stance on what sort of knowledge you need to have and also the fact that I am not going to support anything but general installation on a correctly and professionaly set up live server.
ASPProtect.NET is a great application but using ASP.NET requires a lot more basic knowledge than using classic ASP and there are a lot of basic low level ASP.NET things that need to be set up correctly for an application like ASPProtect.NET to run. These are things I do not cover because you should know the ASP.NET basics when using an application as complex as this. It's just that I don't have time to nor should I have to teach people the basics of ASP.NET. I don't charge nearly enough for ASPProtect.NET to offer that kind of support.
So, I will say it one more time. ASPProtect.NET is targeted towards experienced Visual Studio.NET developers that know how to work with Code Behind VB.NET and are familiar with basic ASP concepts such as IIS application settings, the .NET framework, the aspnet_client folder, and the basics of the web.config file. If you are using ASP.NET for whatever reason you need to know about these things. The best way is to get some good books and do set up ASP.NET on a local development machine so you can start learning.
If you are one of the ASP.NET challenged let me say this as well.
Stick with Classic ASP. ASP.NET is a step in the wrong direction for the average user which I like to refer to as "Joe Coder". Classic ASP is very powerful and easy to pick up. ASP.NET is not easy to pick up and never will be for a lot of people. In my opinion it’s actually the wrong technology to use for anyone other than big corporations who need extreme scalability in their applications or for the hobbyist or object oriented programmer who just wants to use the latest and greatest. Ask yourself if you really want to deal with compiling Code Behind code each time you make changes to your web site as opposed to just editing some files in notepad real quick like you can do with classic ASP ? Do you have the money to purchase and use Visual Studio.NET or are you going to struggle with compiling all your ASP.NET pages using a command line compiler and a batch file ? Yes, you can build ASP.NET code that isn't code behind but why even bother if that is the case because your missing the point of ASP.NET if you do that and missing out on a lot of powerful new features and concepts.
When I do custom projects for bigger clients I usually end up using ASP.NET because they want to go that way and understand the time and money involved. When I do any of my own projects I use Classic ASP because the truth is you can still make some rockin busy scalable web sites with Classic ASP just like you can still make great web sites with CGI, PP, Cold Fusion.. etc etc. Look around the web because a lot of the biggest sites out there still use those scripting technologies and their stuff runs very well. ASP.NET is a lot of hype and although some things about it are plain awesome it is an environment best suited for real object oriented programmers, not the weekend code warriors.
The other thing to keep in mind about classic ASP is the shear abundance of applications and scripts available for it. ASP.NET can be expensive for that reason alone as there still is a shortage of good time tested applications out there and what is out there is always priced a lot higher.
In addition to that half of the ASP.NET applications out there are just half baked poorly converted versions of their Classic ASP counterparts. Is that the kind of thing you want to sink twice the money into or would you rather have something that runs well and has been tweaked year after year into a rock solid product?
To make things worse a lot of the hosting companies out there offering ASP.NET hosting are severely limiting the basic abilities of ASP.NET because of various security concerns. This means if you go with a Host that does that 75% of the asp.net stuff out there won't run on the hosted server. Isn't that wonderful ?
Now, Let's make things even worse. So far every time Microsoft has released a new version of ASP.NET a lot of things from the previous version have stopped working and needed to be modified to work correctly. Is that really something you will have the time, resources, and energy to deal with.
You may ask "but is classic ASP going to be around 5 years from now?" Though you never really know until the new version of windows server ships I say "Hell Yes" it will be. According to my sources at Port80 Software who work very closely with the folks at Microsoft (as well as many other sources out there) it will almost certainly be in Longhorn which is the next version of Windows Server. Longhorn probably won't come out until 2007 and will be popular for 3-4 years after that. The version of windows server after that will most likely support Classic ASP as well and if it doesn't I am sure there will be a way to make ASP run on it. If you really look around a lot of hosting companies are still running Windows Server 2000 which is 5 years old at the moment. The bottom line is Classic ASP helped put Microsoft web technologies on the map. Microsoft can not simply drop it because if they do they give up a dominate market share to the scripting competition being PHP, CGI, Cold Fusion.. etc etc PHP for instance a huge installed base on many platforms which are essentially free. ASP.NET can not compete with that in any way and not supporting Classic ASP would put microsoft in a bad position.
Take it from me. If you are a weekend code warrior/script kiddie. You'll be a lot happier sticking with classic ASP. You will also have save a lot of money and you can still have great web sites. There are tons of great applications out there in ASP and ASP still is and always will be the easiest scripting language to work with and learn. Better yet look around on sites like www.4guysfromrolla.com and see if you actually understand any of the latest articles. If it looks like Greek to you that is yet another sign that you should stick to classic ASP.
Personally, I will be focusing just as much time and effort on ASP.NET as I will on Classic ASP in the years to come for a few reasons.
- Because I sell software I obviously need to convert/re-write most of my appIications to work with ASP.NET. My living may eventually depend on it.
- Because I love using the latest technologies I want to continue to develop using ASP.NET.
- Because I do many custom projects for various clients using ASP.NET is a must.
- Because in some cases using ASP.NET over classic ASP makes total sense.
Just don't fall for the HYPE folks. I am one of the few established developers out there that has a set of Balls and is willing to put the truth out there and see past the bullsh*t. If you go ASP.NET do it because you seriosuly think you need the power and scalabilty and money and time is not an issue or because you are a hobbiest and object oriented programmer who likes working with and has time to work with the latest and greatest web scripting technolgies out there. I truly believe that so far ASP.NET is as much a success as it is a failure. I am sure some of you out there know what I mean by that.
All this being said you should also realize that ASPProtect.NET is a little different than your average ASP.NET application because it uses a lot of advanced ASP.NET techniques and you essentially use it to password protect your existing scripts meaning you need to integrate your stuff with our stuff in a sense. If you just go buy some random ASP.NET application like a classifieds system or storefront it is probably just going to run on it's own an therefore will be a lot easier to set up and deal with.

Chris Willians http://www.cjwsoft.com/about.asp , Has anyone used the aspmail function to send and recieve emails from within your forms? If so what string did you use in the aspmail_host field in the connections database.
thank you adam , Protecting ASP Pages
To protect a page without using the Access_Level or Groups feature simply add this code to the top of that page.
Put this under the <%@ LANGUAGE="VBSCRIPT" %>
<!--#INCLUDE FILE="check_user_inc.asp"-->
This is an example of a File Server Side Include. You could also use a Virtual Server Side Include.
The following URL explains what Server Side Includes are. http://www.powerasp.com/content/code-snippets/includes.asp
Now when someone runs that page they will prompted to login. They will not be allowed access to that page until they successfully logged in.
An example of doing this is provided in the "default.asp" file included in the root of the Password System. Look at the source code with a text editor to see the working code. It is quite simple.
Protecting ASP Pages Using Access Levels
To protect a page using the Access Level feature simply add this code to the top of that page. You simply specify the Access Level before the include file is called. In this example we are protecting the page with Access Level 4.
Put this under the <%@ LANGUAGE="VBSCRIPT" %>
<% CHECKFOR = "4" %> <!--#INCLUDE FILE="check_user_inc.asp"-->
This is an example of a File Server Side Include. You could also use a Virtual Server Side Include.
The following URL explains what Server Side Includes are. http://www.powerasp.com/content/code-snippets/includes.asp
Now when someone runs that page they will prompted to login. They will not be allowed access to that page until they successfully logged in as a Level 4 user.
Examples of managing Access Levels are provided in the "multiple_access_levels" folder included in the root of the Password System. Look at the source code of the ASP pages in that folder with a text editor to see the working code. Again, It is quite simple to follow.
Protecting ASP Pages Using Groups
Please see the code generators in the admin are for the code to do that. cwilliams38403.6864351852, Does emailing work under the simplest scenario ? (directly from the users screen)
Thats the way to test it..
All that error means is whatever reason the settings you have chosen are not working. It could be the server. It could be what you chosen. (and yes I realize your pop info from outlook should probably work with the settings you chose)
Whenever I do installs I often have to try 3-5 different emailing scenarios before I come across one that works.
Each time making some changes and sending out test emails from the users screen until I get somewhere. Often time getting a working example of how your Hosting Company wants you to send email from ASP is the info to get your hands on. (what method and settings)
In this case they may have blocked the usee of a remote server and want you to use some other settings for sending email from asp. A lot of times they put that info in their help system.
If I were you I would start by trying the other two CDOSYS options for starters, and then try the remote server option again but using "localhost" as the server, if none of those work consult your host for example code and settings to send email from asp. If you still have no luck I can help for sure.
Realize too when testing the emails may take a bit to arrive. A delay of sorts. Best to type in a quick note about which method you are trying in the email text. That way when you finally get one delivered you'll know which method worked. , I have never heard of such a thing... If the settings are enabled for the web it should work. That is, as long as your include file syntax is valid.
I run my own windows 2003 server (you are on it now) so I should know
for troubleshooting
try a very very simple example... like a file in a folder.. with a server side include to a file under it
and see if that works
use real simple asp files with nothing crazy in them... and an include like this
<!--#include file = "../myfile.asp"--> cwilliams38434.5388773148, I had not rebooted after installing the Jet driver updates, so I tried that and the asptest page worked fine, and said that all the tests were successful and that the data connection was setup correctly. I then installed aspprotect again, but with the same results. I cannot log-in from the get_me_in.asp page. It still says that it is opening the page, but does not respons for an indefinite period. The asptest page is in the same directory.
I have looked for alternate databases for this product on your site, but I cannot seem to find them. ,

Don't want to install the application ? Having trouble doing it ? Don't think you can ? |
No problem, have us install it for you.
PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS
Installation service is generally available Mon - Fri during the hours of 10 am - 7 pm EST. We may very well be around to do installs at other times but we do not guarantee that.
To do an install we generally need FrontPage Explorer or FTP access to your site. We also need a way to set permissions on any necessary directories, etc etc.
To do a SQL Server install we need to access your SQL server via Enterprise Manager.
Some installs may require access to other things not mentioned.
The server must be a properly set up NT/2000/2003 server running IIS 4-6 for ASP 3.0 applications. (with support for ASP scripts and database connectivity.) Parent Paths must be enabled on the server.
Please Note: These ASP scripts do not run under Chillisoft ASP. That means they do not run under Unix, Linux, Apache, etc etc. We do not install our applications on free ASP Hosting solutions. Why, because they are more trouble than they are worth. Free hosts like that are usually zero help if we need something changed. There is a reason they are free.
We install the software in it's base configuration. We make sure it is running correctly. If you break the installation you will have to pay to have it fixed. We do not integrate it with your existing site or edit any of your existing web content. That is up to you. Installation fees are non refundable as is the digital source code we sell. When you purchase anything from us you agree to this.
We do not do installs for IPNFulfill and Color Sequence Protection as they are simple scripts and do not even use a database.. We also do not install the IPN Support Pack as it is just a folder you copy into your web and some configuration files that you must decide how to configure based on your needs and your PayPal account info.

Just use a regular folder of course that is part of the root iis application.
Perhaps you just didnt edit the paths in the settings like I mentioned., >>1. What is telling paypal to return the info to the ipn.asp page for

, Three questions here:
1. I am having a problem with characters being displayed properly when viewing listings. Some alphabet characters and punctuation characters do not display properly when viewing the pages.
Sample here:
http://www.hibari2.com/lanoitanretni/kokusai_profiles/view_i tem.asp?Ad_ID=102&CatLevel=2&Cat1_ID=3&Cat2_ID=& amp; amp; amp; amp;Cat3_ID=&Cat4_ID=&FromSearch=True&SearchPage =%2Flanoitanretni%2Fkokusai%5Fprofiles%2Fdefault%2Easp%3FCat Level%3D2%26Cat1%5FID%3D3
In the access database I was looking at the properties for the ‘Ad_Custom’ fields. Unicode Compression is 'Yes' but IME Mode is set to 'No Control'. I wonder by changing this to ‘Hiragana’ if will solve the issue.
Note: the essays are typed in English on computer with Japanese OS, and then pasted up. Even though they are typed in English, there are several setting that may affect the output.
2. I want to reverse sort order for listings instead of listing 4, 5, 6, 7, I’d like to sort 7, 6, 5, 4… Could you tell me which page has to be edited, and in simplest terms what has to be changed?

Thanks

This does seem to be intermittent. Could be server/ISP related? Have experienced enough times to justify posting this question.
