Ran into a problem that I had to have Ed help me out on. Got everything squared away for tomorrow and the laptop is ready to go. , Lunch, Ate while working, read and sent emails, Review Net Kit Training materials, Working on E911 system, cc batch , work with Ed and Bell Atlantic with the Iprs service in vermont, Atm up and stable ( ba needs to be set to net timing, when set to internal doesnt work ** they got a bad card imo... ) got l2f tunnels working to our cisco, got the l2f tunnels auth to radius and patching down. got ips from logical net and tested by dialing in and surfing.. seems to be working ok..., weekly staff meeting, Long list of SoftMLS changes from customers via Kelly. Went through them, made the changes I could, added notes, then forwarded rest to Cris and Chris., work on folder for eric mower, biz card info for tim, howard, etc, reviewed customer paperwork, cancellations for nonpayment, billing emails, answered phone, emailed directions to beth in vermont, same as above, entered bills, expense report for darrell. invoice for test kits- received? to rental car place with randy., Back to the Watertown Office, Proposals for KVVI, Crown Point... voice mails, Ron, etc..., did radlogs and online issues.. also had expiring callbacks that were done., Duties: Invoice cancellations, cc report, callbacks from voice mails, checking billing emails. answering phones. , Call from a guy looking for a job (Fred gave him my name). Told him we weren't hiring, but offered some advice and looked at his sites/gave him feedback, review GiSCO Employee Handbook, travel time to ogdensburg Total miles 160, Calls picked up....I had a lot of long calls. A couple servers went down, I answered a DUI, entered a user in Emerald for Linda, called a few users on RadLog. Stayed later because there were people in the cue, and the server was down.,
