Answered phones, did new users, and did a few on radlog, also took care of a dialup issue., Dani and I made Network cables and hooked up tech computers to the Network, and made them active. Fun day. Not to mention all the times Dani and I ran up and down the stairs., Calls where steady and q light on 90% of the time. Moved from one call to another. Most of the issues where unable to surf or get email. Called Beth on some web pages that where down and told her about the problem with so many calls of customers not being able to surf. very steady and busy. Helped techs with calls during and between my qlight calls, monitored emonitor, qlight, callbacks where all ready caught up that we had here in the office, new users where already caught up, no ask us a questions or dial up issues. Just very busy with qlight. Everyone was able to pretty much get breaks in before we got busy. I did not and waited til 9pm, training Larry, techcalls, Lunch (hot dogs), set up proposals for wireless- met with other sales people regarding wireless prospect in the area - and the overlap of our customers, Proof-Read MLS presentation for Virgin Islands, Realtor.com told me we were not using the latest file specs... so I recoded all of our 4 sites that will using realtor.com to match the new specs, Went to the bank for Carol's deposit, worked on downsizing graphic elements for faster loading, Jetstream, online research - tariffs, print reports for cash flow stmt, Messages, Filing & Copies., Acceptance Letter, Maint E-Mail Files, Dr. Appt - I have an ear infection... :(, work on testing all of claytons lines and narrowing it down to a hunting problem with the 4911 number jim has called it in, backup disks; research Amz Z. vacation coupon., phones, radlog, dial up issues, email, had a few general calls. had to call dave because several of the watertown lines went down, travel to Regent Broadcasting, At TI Central - They had a system crash.
