Trouble Shoot FP98 SE on Godzilla, work on calling bA to try and get albany straightned out., Lunch, Paid Day Off New Years, Call from Chautauqua realtor about the Pocket Real Estate program., helping techs, did some radlogs. signed up a new customer and helped a few users with modem problems, cc report, cancellations of invoices, answering phone, callbacks from voiceamail. , lunch, Very steady, email, check voicemail, General cleaning up around the office. Vaccuumed Jeff's office, cleaned Jim's office, and did e-mails to expiring users., Emails and stuff on my desk, batching and answering phone. , Floating Holiday, CustomerService/BillingIssues, Trying to get re-oriented, Answered phones, was pretty busy, I only got to check out one of the users on my callbacks., Answered incoming calls., Talking to customers. Helping them upload their websites. , TICC & HB bills, check voice/email, filling out timecards, RiverRoad web site design, Touch ups to MLS Powerpoint presentation., helped ed on what server configs he can do besides dell explained windows lincensing etc..., pretty busy, mail servers acting all wacked out....need to put dns numbers in for mail address if its not working for users *shrug*, did the mrtg reports for howard/randy, lunch, Madison, WI - OSP Eng Telco, worked with ben learning some dns stuff...,
