Answered the phone and answered emeral billing questions, They locked the damn janitor closet... cleaned anyways, top to bottom, and vacumed 135 PP. They made no attempt to clean the 2nd floor whatsoever. Ist floor was spotless thanks to Mary and the CSRs., Update myself with current projects and statuses, Lots of e-mail, voice-mail and packup., Evening Meeting, Resetting open modems., phones, busy, entered deposits, did banking, batching and answering phones, , Bank for tax check , post office for Watertown and Jackie to take her the mail, Interview--Larry Corbett, Continue work on ASP Training Project, email & voice mail response, Checked Radlogs and expired accounts. Everything was caught up with. I checked online issues and everyone had already looked at them. , Call from Robin Carlson at Top Producer. Put her in touch with Chris Williams to work on Top Connector interface, Met with the tech staff in the Watertown office regarding the Channel partner Programs we are currently offering, Times - Basketball, Emails, lunch, Lunch, Discovered towards the end of my shift that apparently the e-monitor I was watching was different than what was suppose to be.
