Looked all over the place for vaccum cleaner...could not find. Worked on expired accounts., Proofed ad with Rob, Mgrs. meeting at CREG Systems, Trouble shoot Web Board SMTP, phones, invoices, training with Emerald, On phone w/Forever Broadcasting about this weeks updates and front page training classes., meeting with paul post, helped a few that could not surf, travel time to potsdam, go over training for upload manager/get info from Clayton, create invoices & statements, Draft Governing Board consent for Broadview Networks; review letter; Telergy contract, spm, TICC team meeting, Checking e-mail. Checking voice mail., Email, cleaning up notes from the week, making sure I've done what I was supposed to, talking to various people about moving plans for Monday., noc...., painted some more, enter bills, Comp Day (57-2), cleaned up office and took trash out of cans that needed it.. vaccumed Ron and Jim's office tech room and outside rug in the hallway, organization of switch room , E-mail, started to error check Agency Ideas. talked to ron and steve about new virus that came out, and warning people about it. installed beth's printer on dave mc's computer. helped hitty install Norton AntiVirus on her computer, Checking e-mail. Backing up servers. Answering questions of techs. , watched radlog. email problems, lunch, to clayton. lm for cplus about receiving database. called amf for revised quotes on printing. , Vacummed tech.room, Jim's office and front office. Outside doors were checked when I arrived to work, locked and secured. Monitored all that's required.,
