Reading and responding to voice mails and emails, cleaned up emails from yesterdays testing of the PC Bundle site, reviewed time cards for the week, sent info to Kelly on thegrtades program responded to email from Preilly spoke to Lisa at Forever, travel back from canton, check and reply to e-mail, attempt to install second NIC in IMCNet MP-R router, NIC not behaving properly, did not complete installation, department meeting, Back to Toys-For-Tots - Sponsor a child form and validation., used SubmitWolf to begin registering softmls sites with search engines/directories. Takes longer than I'd imagined., MLS Training site, billing calls, copying work sheetss for sign ups, cancels, etc. Explaining DSL to customers. Cleaning office., setup morning tapes for backup, Helping drew install a bord for bell alantic conection in basement, and clean up , VT journal, supervisor duties...no voice mail
, Gathering up the items for Ed to take today to the places that we have to go. Talked to Jeff for a few minutes and Robby asked me some questions, teched calls , Users Group, Conference call, misc planning and organizing, United Way Mtg, entered new Canadian ZipLink access numbers to dial-up admin, updated numbers.txt file and emailed to Jim Gilbert, worked on the dsl data base and took customer calls in the middle of it.... kept and eye on radlog, online issues, auq, voicemail assigned, and tech supt supv duties ... emailed customers emails from emails sent to me.... , TICC deposit, Company meeting, talk to mark holberg about dial in accts, wants to addl pop work going in wdt, Checked mail on partners site. Went to Kinney's for envelopes and folders-pc folder for BC., Working on new timecard/workorder system, Billing w/ Carol and Michele. Helping Vermont Internet with some inssues. Working w/ DSL group on updates. Worked on list of numbers to disconnect and for Beth to test. Lots over stuff, meeting too. Extra hour for you know what., Duties: cc report, invoice cancellations, callbacks from voice mail, and checking billing emails, and answering phones. , struggling with frontpage to upload the map graphic (this is not billable). Finally restarted and it went through smoothly.,
