Repaired all broken links & added querystrings to match main navigation menu. Customized admin and security levels for full admins & individual schools. Added dynamic ''Configure'' button. (billable), COBRA letter, email, voicemail, Helping dave man noc. Watching network. Resetting a few modems., tech support supervisor. did emails and call backs that needed to be addressed today. handed out tasks of email and callbacks for later in the evening. checked emonitor, radlog, dial up issues, and ask us a questions and passed them out to techs to call back. Open incidents, voice mail. applied theory is down or part of it getting slow uploads on web pages... they are working on it (not many incomming calls), Lunch, Meetings w/ Paul Barton, Vermont Internet, Ken Mills, Dave McBride, Fox 44, talked to Tim B, logins / e-mails / radlog, Rebooting Mac -- Finder won't boot.
