I took care of one, pat, work orders, etc, 175 Miles : Sackets Harbor - Lake Placid, Entered bills, tech support radlogs.. was pretty steadliy busy all afternoon, Third Mind - Bayer Direct - Video Order Process, answering techs emails and company email (Lisa and Amy domain questions), Daily routine, Continue work on ASP Training Project, Checked and called users that left voice mail messages., Marketing, ICQ'd Dave about my computer and he spent some time fixing it. He then put pcAnywhere 9.2 on for me and sending me the file so I can do the same on my laptop, meeting with Walker(distributor) and ADR rep about products and services they offer., helped some users with email. helped one with netscape, EDZ, More CG, www.baldwinsvillechamber.com, Checked Rad Log, Dial up issues, e-mail and took call from customer in Castorland, he could log into Northnet but not Gisco. Bill F. took over call as I was leaving, I went home and checked Lowville number from my system and everything was fine. I called Bill up and informed him and he said he will call customer and redo his DUN as all settings in customers system was correct., Bruce Platz re: GiSCO 401(k), Working on finding a place to work at., Lunch , had a user that was getting disconnected. also had a customer with windows problems again, tech supv duties, good night steady, answered tech questions, au?, only just the one online issue, no voice mail, q-light busy but hold time excellent... took lots of calls. great night , meet with electrical contractors and installers., calling expired accounts, billing issues like cancels, replying to customers who had rejected cards.,
