TICC paid bills, uninstalled bess off of customer's pc, Massena POP Circuit w/ Bell, troubleshooting problems with Amy's pc.....keeps losing connection to network....turned off the autodetect feature for 10/100 on her nic. Fixed her Outlook also...she wasn't able to send mail to the outside world, paperwork, plan Canton trip, Decent amount of calls, did some new users. Did a ask us a question, and some other tech stuff. Had to tech out what was up with the 0100's, *TaskForce, discussing moving imcnet mail readiness with David and time frames of the move, FxCaprara - upload manager, Orlando at ISPCON with Paul & Steve, couple phone calls... nothing on radlog, more radlogs. a couple burlington customers, E-mail, voice-mail.
