(billable), Had a lot of email questions tonight and a few software installs., starts, stops, acct. changes,etc., lunch, Email/Newsgroups/TimeCards, templates..., lunch, did some more changing of the cities in emerald, Problems with numbers. Contacted people and emailed Ron. Followed the procedure. I stayed until 1030 to followup on it. I had the other techs follow-up on their duties and they answered all of the online issues that weren't done from the night. All set now and job well done. , until 10 i did phone support then arouund that time i helped Linda clean the office and downstairs so it looks nice and pretty for whoever is coming tomorrow :o), meeting with paul, w/interruptions, worked on some stuff for jeff, including moving over a domain from imcnet servers, also figuring out some stuff on imcnet servers, Tested out the River Trail RealEstage page after publishing it.
