Fixing 4911., worked on revamping SoftVendor software, contact Christopher via e-mail re; Global Petroleum migration, check and reply to e-mail: return phone calls, travel to clayton, sit down and listen in to howards phone call with john adie., tech calls mostly some radlogs and new user callbacks, Davidsons - new rates and rebates, mostly tech calls on Lowville i called logical net about the issue and left a voicemail... about 4 hours later it still was not fixed nor had i heard anythin from the technicians so i sent an email about the issue to Dan, coupon, signed up a new user. had a couple calls about email, The phones were pretty busy during this time, Daily routine, Vermont, invoices, phones, etc., converted catteraguas database, Independence Day, something was wrong with the authenticator not alot of calls though, got ahold of ben (i read the noc list wrong, should have called seth, ben was working on it, steady, picking up, quality checked sign ups. cancellation, reports, callbacks from voicemail. checked emails, taking sign ups, answering phone, , lunch, worked with cw on learning softauto and softvendor. helped df with partner site. , kinda busy, Received e-mail to fill out insurance form but none to be found. Will see gary in the AM. Checked e-mail and all other activities. Took in one call about an expired account., Read Email, Made copies of the Modem Check List... dropped it from 4 pages to 2., A couple long calls come through. New users with new computers.
