vacation, Conference call w/ CHR, talk to Tim and Kris, phone calls, email, Talked to two Channel Parters for a long time, about and incident then about our services. Also helped Jackie with Dan Gaebel, had to re-train a tech on filtering, spoke with Ron about tech duties. Cleaned my desk area. Had Randy fix a couple things, and set up a web site for Kelly V., Doing the 9200 number callbacks. Customers mentioned that hold times were on avg. 8 minutes or so. , read 24 hour ASP book and worked with examples, lunch, AUSA Dinner, lunch, Co Design, Email, complete & sumbit last weeks time cards., Lunch, Drive back to Clayton, Worked out of W-town office, worked on ads and coupons for advertising in the local papers and chambers, researching - ti.com redesign - graphics, Telephone conference with George Deptula and Paul Barton, not a lot of calls. a few people that could not surf, Checked email, voice mail.
