Our 888 # went down so we couldn't here the customers. , travel to Watertown for the meeting, Reading and responding to emails and voice mails, TICC - Flash ideas for splash page, skecthing concepts, looking at other sites, Nortel Translations Questionair, Working w/ Telesoft on our refunds from Verizon. Gave them more accounts to get refunds and talked w/ him about Long Distance auditing. Also, talked w/ Randall Kay and Norma regarding the Henderson Manufacturing mess. And talked w/ Randall regrading moving long distance., Glen Broughton re: web hosting, Emails and called Ikon for new toner, had a few modem problems and some setups, staff meeting, Took 3 calls, Vacummed and other cleaning chores, Rad and dial up log., Translations Conference call w/ CHR rep., in burlington, Took my last call of the night, fixing hung modems on the LInux com servers. went over to building to straighten out portslave on ns6. Modems weren't resetting, Talk w/ Jeff about Wave Rider, Cleaned, Took in some calls including 1 sign up. Kept an eye on all monitors. Emonitor also went Red just after my shift and had to go to IMC for Andy to reset server., Meeting in Albany with Pat Riley, NYSAR, Checked techsupport email. All caught up as well as online issues and other general items. I did not do any callbacks tonight because I was caught up on some long calls. Overall, it really picked up after 8pm and didn't stop until about 11pm. ,
