I took care of one, Builing setup file for uninstall for a customer. Gathering data for Total Controls. Re-installing Total Control Manager, getting it to reset modems., DPEC, general billing, Spaghetti, emails and Paul's voicemail, busy, techcalls, new users, radlog, TICC team meeting, bounced checks , callbacks on expired accounts.
