Took about 4-5 more signups myself and had about 3 of the coupons come back that we sent out. , cc report and batching , team meeting, Work Order Meeting, Interview Setup, Herald Bldg,, Email, including request to Andy for Athena and thousandislands.com permissions., THE BORDER...ADD NEW LINK TO NAVIGATION TOP 40 AND CREATE NEW TOP 40 PAGE, very busy did tech calls mostly all night long..., Filled out Modem Maintenance Log., Took tech calls, checked AUAQ, DUI, RAD, and Voice mail. Called user back due to DUI. VERY Slow. , Followed up with seth on quotes for the week, created a list of WAN issues, spoke to michelle re: new billing policies on dedicated circuits - set up wireless demo for severence, Manning NOC center. Resetting modems. Answering voice-mails, answering e-mails. Watching modems. , WORKED ON THE Utica mailer. , Covering for Dave/Bill... not much. One user called in asking for our rates.
