Called expiring users., Working on new interface for wo system, lunch, tallk with drew, competitive analysis on vt, proposal for content., Handled a very difficult customer..very illiterate...on phone with him for over 11/2 hrs. Worked on computer in Jim's office, research Flash designs for Vermont Internet portal site, Posted accts and did a detail of checks and cash for deposit. Walking him through new banner ad management to be sure it works at his end (Macintosh Computers!).
