Checked and called customers that left online issues., TICc PO's & WO's, filing, misc..., enter bills, Pick - up Supplies, PSI Net, iPhone, Paper work, talked with Ken, etc... worked on downstairs line with Jeff. Dealt with Amanda Matott, for a bit - Paul took this over though., Meeting with Tim, Dave, Peggy, Tom, and Terri about change of positions, enter bills, Email, Phone, Tasks, Boys and Girls Expo, didn't take one, Long phone setup, Took general calls, Lifted small heavy boxes, Took care of general duties., timuseum, Howard about escalation., lunch, continued creation of auction site as ASP training (no work order, training only, not billable), tech support radlogs.. was pretty steadliy busy all afternoon, USA Datanet, *EveryDayDad, travel from abay to watertown, answered phone, cc decline report and letters, batched, General, had a few billing questions. a user that couldn't surf, labels put together for meeting, ind. folders. dev db with td. met with pb and ef to dev powerpoint materials and adsl infor with jg and hb for meeting., *TaskForce, email, techcalls, new users....busy, Lunch, Review iMail documentation, Telergy Reflecting, Biling Sys review with Dave B.,
