Nothing big went down for any period of time. Did other duties as well., office work,calls, get ready for Vermont Trip, Weren't many calls and they went pretty well except for that one tough Mac call, emails and callbacks on expired accounts. Some cancels. , More Time w/ Frame-Relay PVCs in router. Removed inactive ones, labelled others. Found problems, and fixed., worked on trying to hook up cdrom tower.... and cleaning room... cdtower no workie, CJW sent me ASP packages that GiSCO bought for us.
