Did a POP on lowville 4201. E-monitor was going yellow only and kept a close eye on it. Checked all other activities., rebuild Radius1, Work, Finished the online issues that were left on the online issues, Torturous conversation with irate woman at seawaytrail.com. She couldn't figure out how to use FrontPage and insisted it was "broken." Had to walk her through making some basic changes to their site. NONBILLABLE, read/answered mail, worked on chatauqua database, TI Bluegrass - Jennie F here, training her on how to update website, use upload components, admin login, etc., TS Peck Meta Tag research, Team meeting, Training Class at JCC.,
