Ken and Heike banged out quite a few. I didn't get out as many but I tried the best I could, Talked to Ron Dillon/Chris/Jim Gilbert about Pocket Real Estate Tech support, did more of the same as above had 2 more dial-up issues and new user setup cowboys went red and as well vermontinc went down... all came back up though.., worked on reformatting images for Jason, Monitoring and exploring the network, DNS script tweaking and IMC mail scripts again, Worked out pricing for the SHBC coupon- set up purchase order for it., Had to call Gisele in because it did turn out to be too much for just ONE tech..., painted some more, did radlogs and callbacks and both dial up issues.. also took tech calls, Tarbell, Heat Out of Service, Wrong Key , Took business calls., Open TICC mail, technical support supervisor, took qlight calls (logged on), helped with tech issues, emonitor, radlog, ask us a questions, dial up issues, voice mail, new users, dsl sign up, and callbacks/follow ups, emails, all issues are caught up for the evening team. , Did cc billing and for hosting and sent new statements, Billing calls, call backs, Time Sheets, Virus Scan :-), Copied Bell bills, Purchase Orders, organized w/ each client's files.
