getting a new plan ready to install emerald on everyone's machine so they can enter in new signups easier. also talking with ben on some new things that we should implement and how...., Entered bills, cancellation checks sent and entered in emerald, sign ups, phones, receipts, preparing bills , advertising, artcile, revisions, work orders, create invoices & statements, NOC duties, installation of key boxes, assisting with wireless, lunch, Posted accounts and did a detail of checks and cash for a bank deposit. Customer inquiries, credit card authorizations, coupon referrals, ans. phone and worked on my poblem children., incident report, cc report with Mary, answering phone, taking singups, callabcks from voicemail, checked emails, , break-looked over my personal checkbook-darn, billing issues. Reading info on DSL info, Took in 4 calls, most concerning billing. Kept eye on emonitor as it went yellow many times. Studied my A+ book, Formating Tim's machine, re-installing all software. Re-setting up IIS, exchange, etc., Complete Memo about time Warner cutting off advertising to ISPs in the regions where Road Runner is available, discussion with Allen, Talking with Kelly about plans for rest of the day, Prepare for Board Meeting, Swept and mopped hall, tech room, Jim and Ron's office, and kitchen. Took in calls from time to time through out night., Helping Beth setup and send out a mass e-mail. Answering questions sales people in Clayton had., helping dave with swns.net problems that are all theirs and not ours... !!!!, Checked radlog and online issues and any emails that I had to answer. , same old stuff, light phones, modem checks, tech mail, on line and rad log,, busy, techcalls, Radlog, new users, Helped Tim with copies for Creg System , sent a fedex, Spoke to Mel busler about his PC Bundle computer, followed up on it with kathleen, and Jim called steve to ask him to keep an eye out for it. Called channel 7 to reschedule the commercial shoot called cory wood to rescedule the Time Warner meeting, I had to meet with Steve Flynn in the morning to get the contact name for Goldmine software. We want to use this for our main lead management program.
