travel to albany, email / voice mail, enter bills, emails and voicemail, Lunch, Nortel, Email/Newsgroups/Voice Mail/Time Card, lunch, lowville was down. called logicalnet. had a few calls because of it. went through a few settings, Lafargeville Central. Finding out why Marcia Gosiers Class grades aren't calculating averages properly. She is entering spaces and commas into the grading fields and also looks like she was entering class grades and let her session time out, then submitted the entry form and submitted grades to the database with session variables expired, causing a corruption in the database. Session , Comm Svc - FD meeting, training at Nortel NC DIRP, Supervisors meeting. , Very busy afternoon. Duties:quality checking sign ups, taking sign ups, and cancellaitons, answering phone, callbacks from voicemail. checking emails, , went to the bank to make all the deposits, tech support supv duties... helped techs.. dsl print outs.. voicemail, radlog, open incidents, qlight... talked to a few customers that where passed to me from techs.... longer calls ... emails, callbacks,,,,,, emails, checked all modems, reset idle, busied out trouble modems, worked on domains, sat in the NOC room, Talking with Mark Travis regarding cortland database and sending it to us on a zip disk since he couldn't email it., C3 computers/ Mike Looney, answered tech related calls. checked and called on rad log, ask a question emails, and dial up issues. also called expiring users., Call from Chautauqua realtor about the Pocket Real Estate program., did some radlogs. did a signup and a setup. helped a user with Netscape, check and respond to client e-mail, Troubleshoot Office 2000 for Beth, Traffic reports, Travelling to watertown, Finishing VT, Helping Bill locate error in his Watertownny.com site., slow,
