It was extremely busy and I took nothing but straight tech calls. I did not check any radlog, online issues or do any other general duties that techs were supposed to. , reviewed signed dsl agreements, cleaned upstairs, called for quotes on carpet and plaster repair, faxed submitted quotes to Tim, answered phone, meeting, teched calls, slow , dialy ticc meeting, Taking a tech call from Tara. A channel partner having problems with the filtering software setup program, Traffic reports, Credit card authorizations, customer inquiries, ans. phone, and worked on my problem children., web billing for last week, printed, reviewed, mailed invoices, cancels for nonpayment, answered phone, Downstairs helping bill locate error in his CizFM public events calendar project. Fixed., Set up booth for show, Toronto, More furniture assembly & moving my computer upstairs., Accting test, Call from tech support w/question about SoftMLS, Inventory of GiSCO equipment., FredericRemington.Org - Store front has quick working. They apparently have access to make changes to website. Whoever made recent design changes hacked off half the code on some of the asp pages.
