Trying to organize and simplify procedures to improve customer service., folded, stuffed, and mailing invoices, answering phones, taking sign ups,, Kept an eye on modems, and I worked on getting the Modem Maintenance Log to make sense, and also got the checklists for the modems put together., Quite a few AUQ, get items together, load into vehicle, holiday float pay, answered incoming calls, copying, email, A few expired accounts showed up. Other than that, radlog was quiet as well. , logins /e-mails /radlog, HB deposit, phones were a steady onslaught, answered tech related calls. checked and called on online issues, ask a question emails, and rad log., met with hacketts to discuss ideas for the site they would like to do, pick up info for clayton office, Payables, budgets, etc., travel time, meeting with Key Bank, Tom Brennon here regarding the basement-Tim helped him with Network questions, WO with Peggy, sorted Pauls mail, Wan Proposals, VBITS and the motel info , emails for Paul and team meeting , paid some bills , attempted to call Nextcom as they failed to show up, had to change Custom Color categories for Ingles (doostore.com, billable), Helping setup MS-FP2000 on Jasons MAC, Switchboard, billing calls, call backs, sent back proofs for corporate folder, and for bizcards and letheads, worked on sell sheets, Trained Gisele because there wasn't a computer or phone for me.
