Spoke with Norma Zimmer of henderson and Carol Thomas regarding the phone issues she is having- Norma assured me she would send a new letter- got theletter later in the day and passed on a copy to Carol and a copy to Seth, lunch, Helping Mary with Emerald since I changed a setting in the Emerald admin that was not allowing her to print (this was because of new update from Emerald), EMAIL, ETC., check e-mail, answered tech related calls. checked and called on rad log, online issues, and ask a question emails., NYAB install, onsite, TICC team meeting, Jones & Doldo Problem w/ ISDN. Loose cables and Bell circuit problem., Nursing baby, lunch, Attend Syr. Business Fair seminar, gathered lists for potentials in syracuse. read part of computer reseller news and forwarded articles to rp, hb, pb and jw., Took new hire Ron Quartulli around and introduced him to everyone, showed him where things are located, told him a bit about how the Production Team works. Gave him a list of the sites we've created, softmls sites, and our corporate sites and set him to work checking them out. Also got him the info to set up his free home account., EveryDayDad.com support/consultation, steady, techcalls, new users online issues, RAdlog, Working with servers. Working with customers. Supporting customers., general work, Troubleshooting Knowlton problems w/ printing, doesn't seem to be a problem with our equip. Cant figure out., network card was set up wrong in linux.....ssl and ssh couldnt be installed...had to see how network card was set up via a setup disk....did all that and went back and still couldnt get it to work, andy thinks i botched the install....but i think that linux is just stupid =), Finished straightening up., Took in a few calls.
