Asking techs help for a couple of problems with a customer's computer. , Admin (emails and organize), Meeting, work on fixing more outlooks, Sent some notes to team members about DPEC courses., New user list, Watched RADLOG, nothing big happened, pretty quiet., read asp book and worked on MLS site, worked on the TIITC zip code function, e-mail, Switchboard, billing calls, e-mails, Fixing a bunch of areas in SOftMLS where macs get problems because of the put/get issue, Started review of weekly cancels, Meet with paul to leave for our trip to Orlando, To Potsdam - 70 miles, cphospital.org - removed 4 categories from services menu (from public page, admin, & database).
