Talked to Tim about the status of things and solutions for some things that are troubling me. , NorthCountryNow.Com - Changing all link listing pages and admin areas to support additional information to ready for search engine., WAN, DHTML study, Talked to Jim about status of dialup numbers. Don't understand why we can't partner w/ an ISP down there....asked him to call Dennis Pezzimenti of Catt Cty board to explain it, had to make a new content filtering undo file, and send it to a user, timecards/payroll, Cat Co DB Conversion - Met w/ Kelly to go over small errors in conversion., reviewed bills and statements, WHITESLUMBER.COM, SCANNING AND MODIFYING PICTURES FOR TOOLS SECTION, SCANNING LOGOS FOR DIFFERENT TOOLS , timecard, filing, had a user that was getting disconnected. also had a customer with windows problems again, Update time card, Spoke to channel partners about various problems including- Creg systems, Sam from Vapco, Bob Dell , Checked and called customers that left voice mail messages., Opened mail, sorted for TICC, HB & payroll, worked on JavaScripting for Customer Survey page (getting very close), TRIED to make plans w/MindSpring for a visit, training Elaine on Total Controls, Getting started on IP structure design for Herald building, covering the NOC with the girls and seeing how they did on their first day, Worked on a project Jim needed done for morning... Did not want to ask one of the techs to stay and do it/ was busy tonight/ i stayed and did it as well as worked on mailers. During this time the IMC server was down and helped with online issues and ask us a question. Completed Jims project he needed asap., went home early did not take break asked Ron and all was caught up and all set ....., Old Man on Phone - Bling Senior Citizen that would let me off the phone, asking me about telephones, cleaned up office and took trash out of cans that needed it.. vaccumed Ron and Jim's office tech room and outside rug in the hallway, E-mailed expired users for yesterday and today, sorted and filed feedback forms, and did AUQ e-mails., In the Watertown office to get money and paperwork from CB and JA. Got manuals from JG, asked about the brochures. Called Clayton office., slower afternoon, watched the switch board from 2:15pm to 2:45pm for Penny, Did DPEC training. , Installed the software for the Konica printer onto my machine. , had a call about email. a couple about the lowville line, travel back to saratoga to meet with Pat Riely
