Telephone call with Carrie McNally, with tim lasek- senator jim wright and remington museum, met with Mikes dive shop, domain name, hosting, radlog, dial up issues, timecard, email, Working on putting up softmls on cnymn.com site, not very busy. had one call from a customer with general questions, Answered billing related calls and helped Jodi out., CHRSolutions, Had to run out to send out some bills and stop into the bank quick to talk about some items, did a ask us a question about email. did a setup and a couple other general calls, Email/Newsgroups/Time Card, lunch, went over websites with Tom, started morning backups on Venus, Entered deposits , logins , new users ,phones.., did more of the same as above had 2 more dial-up issues and new user setup cowboys went red and as well vermontinc went down... all came back up though.., callbacks from voicemail, checked emails, trained Mary on cc report, and billing emails, taking signups, cancellation of invoices, trained Joanne on incident report, qualty checked signups, answering phone. , logins - emails -radlog., Ron Dillon, Talk w/ Ed re:SWMF and asked him to reset H2O cam., evening team meeting, misc. upkeep duties, timecards again, Lunch, Busier than this morning.
