Looks like if you put a period on a line by itself in an email body, the CDONTS mail object will truncate the email body at the period... Does anybody know how to avoid this? Ive been running into this a lot when a user tries to send an email with a really long non-breaking line ending in a parenthesis and a period. Since the CDONTS component internally wraps the period, my mail message gets screwed, but since the wrapping is done after I execute the object.Send command, I cant exactly check for it.
Is microsoft aware of this? is there a fix?
