Hi there,
This error is raised when
1> the Database is having readonly permission
2> The Connection opened is having readonly permission or
3> The Directory in which the file is kept is not having Write permission
This usually happens because of third case. So change the permission of the directory to Read & Write or put the .mdb file in cgi-bin where the permission is already Read & Write.
This will definitely solve the problem.
