try using:
\winnt\system32\inetsrv\adminsamples\adsutil.vbs
To execute:
cscript adsutil.vbs set /w3svc/aspallowoutofproccomponents True
To verify:
cscript adsutil.vbs enum /w3svc > output.txt
Good luck. If this works for you please let me know. Ive been chasing this "out of proc component" issue for the last 2 days. It now appears to be a security problem with IUSR_MachineName not having the appropriate permissions.
