Yes there is a way to include single quotes in the field in oracle
if you are trying to insert a string "Rajs" into a field you would probably do it by using
"Raj"s"
Basically a single quotation mark is a literal and you represent a literal by using opening and closing single quotation marks you should be fine enclosing the single quote within the two single quotes as shown above
