I would like to add a couple of routines, 1. to be able to send forgotten password to member and
-well youll probably have to write most of that yourself (unless you use siteserver 3.0 ecom), start with learning how to send email from a page. Lots of free components allow you to do this. cdonts,jmail ect.
2. to allow members to click email addresses when displayed in search function.
-not sure exactly what you mean here, but its pretty easy to write html wrapers for database fields in your recordset loop.
also, just fishing..I would like to be able to include the ad rotator component. where would i get that?
-you can get the microsoft ad rotator on the iis resource cd, or probably from microsoft.com somewhere. You can find lists of other ad rotator (and others too) components at asphole.com and activeserverpages.com
