I think the problem is that your server doesnt have this component installed,since the error actually tells us that it couldnt instantiate the said component. That component is only available upon installation of service pack 4.
Even if the SMTP service is off it doesnt return any errors, but it actually doesnot send anything at all, it actually can create the componnet on my side but sisnce SMTP service is off, it will not send, and provide no errors. |
