I do not see any ways except this:
To hold a database (in case this need) where users can store the info of what (pic, text), when (date) and where (email) to send the cards. Page retreiving this data have to be in started every day (it can be automatically done from server, or manually from site owner or web master). After start date from server compares with database and emails are sending.
