I am writing an intranet based time tracking system.
I am a VB/VC++ guy, and am new to ASP.
Now, I have developed a security server in VB which will log in a user, and return a set of attributes in a variant array. I am persisting this token throughout the session using the session object. I have had some difficulty returning the variant array. Using VID 6 I can see the variant array in the watch window, but after assigning it to a variable, the value of the variable is "unknown" The procedure is generated from a Design-Time button control and is generated in Javascript.
Any suggestions...??
PS If I call a VBScript subroutine, it works fine, but I am still wondering why it doesn't work in Java..
