Youll need to install the ASP engine that should have come with PWS, but is not installed by the install program. Try searching for asp.exe on the disc or directory where the PWS stuff is. If not you should be able to find it on MicroSofts site.
Double click asp.exe to install it, restart PWS and that should fix it.
