Sounds simple enough, I am right in assuming that you want to create a list box dynamically with department names and then when a department is selected you want to display user details?
If so you create a recordset and populate the list box, along with the relevant Ids and then when a department is selected you run another query which populates the user details. You could use JavaScript to fire the secong query on a change event.
