He there,
It is not possible to write any thing on to clients hard disk, because this is the against the Security. If at all you want to write you can write Cookies, and using Java Applets or ActiveX you can write on to client hard disk but that not appreciated. Because no client want his/her hard disk to be filled be some other people.
