Hi, Im using NT4 server system, and I installed IIS4. But doesnt works. I found that the service never started... because I started the Internet service Manager to try to start it...but it always stay in stopped status. If I try to start it...then it will prompt a error message:
WINSOCK Error: Address already in use
Also I look at the event viewer, there also has a problem says:
The service could not bind instance 1. The data is the error code.
according to these error message, I guess there is another program or something else using that service...but How do I find the problem if just regarding to the error message? please help...... I cant even start to work on ASP.....
