Well, basically my question was: (sorry for the confusion - to many things on my mind)
How do I display the ROW of data (just one row) when the ID of the ROW is selected. - The dropdown menu is how I am selecting the ID and I have a table to display the information from the ROW.
I am able to display just one ROW but I have been unsuccessful in creating it so the data can be selected by the ID - from the dropdown.
I am using Access 97 for my database.
