Hi there,
The following problem can occur when,
1) Your Database is having Read Only permissions. So Change the Database properties to Read and Write.
2) The Directory you have kept the file is having Read Only permission.
So Change the Properties of the Directory and the .MDB file to Read Write by changing the properties from the Security tab in the Property
