Connecting to an Access Database on another server |

I have two NT 4.0 servers in the same domain running IIS 4. On server A I have a SQL DB and the ASP files. On server B I have an Access database that changes daily. I need server A to query and delete stuff in the Access database on server B.
I have shared the folder on server B and mapped a drive to it on server A. From server A I can browse in explorer to the DB and edit stuff. I have set up a DSN on server A that points to the Access DB on server B, but when I run the page it says something about a Jet Driver and then that it cannot connect to the DB because the file is exclusively used by someone else or I dont have permission to view it.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how this can be done? I know it is possible.
