Personnally Id just store the URL of the image. This does mean that the image needs to be on the web already, which you might not want, but then you can just reference it using asp.
Another way would be to get the entry form to email the images to a directory on your machine where they can be referenced from, I think that will work. You can find examples of that on this web site and others.
