AP - A former security guard at Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch testified at the pop star's child molestation trial Wednesday that a notice once was posted in a guard station saying Jackson's young accuser was not to be allowed to leave the estate.
Mo. Man Spits Tobacco Juice on Jane Fonda (AP)
AP - A man spit tobacco juice into the face of Jane Fonda after waiting in line to have her sign her new memoir. Capt. Rich Lockhart of the Kansas City Police Department said Michael A. Smith, 54, was arrested Tuesday night on a municipal charge of disorderly conduct.

Mudvayne Cancels Show Following Death Of Member Of Opening Act (Yahoo! Music)

Music - Mudvayne's show on Tuesday night (April 19) in Charleston, South Carolina, was canceled when guitarist Bryan Ottoson of opening act American Head Charge was found dead in his bunk on the American Head Charge tour bus. Toby Keith Gets Special Commendation From The F.B.I. (Yahoo! Music)

One More Posthumous Tupac Shakur Album Coming (Yahoo! Music)
Yahoo! Music - Afeni Shakur, mother of slain rap star, Tupac Shakur, has announced that in addition to a spoken word project, there will be one more album of previously unreleased material from the late rapper. The untitled project will be released next year. MTV.com reports that Shakur is currently renovating the Tupac Amaru Shakur Foundation's Peace Memorial Garden And Visitors Center in Stone Mountain, Georgia. Shakur said, "When Tupac died, the first year and afterward, we thought the way to celebrate him was to have concerts and events every June in Georgia. And after we spent so much money and only affected the people right there, we decided we'd build a foundation and work with young people on an ongoing basis."
