The survey found that prepaid customers made 10 calls a week, down from 14, while contract users dropped to 27 from 35 in &#39;06. But the number of text messages rose sharply, to 46 from 32 a week. The study found that customers are able to save money by texting instead of making calls. The study also found Virgin customers were most satisfied with their service.
